After studying the art of bookmaking in Cortona, Italy, I founded my own bindery called linenlaid&felt. I use traditional binding techniques to create colorful and contemporary journals, sketchbooks, photo albums, wedding guest books, and baby books. Most of my handbound books are made with an exposed binding, so the stitching becomes both a decorative and function element of the book.

Crafty Yogini offers knit, crochet, and sewn items for your life on and off the yoga mat, including merchandise for our littlest yogis (babies!). The jewelry and hair accessories offer great versatility, as most are lightweight, washable, quiet (important if you wear them to a yoga class!), and can be worn with many styles from day to evening. All items are made from high quality yarns, vintage or exquisite new buttons, and a mix of new and up-cycled fabrics. On occasion, Crafty Yogini will offer origami jewelry for sale from new or recycled fine papers.

"theMonkeyButtons" is a collection of wine charm sets made from vintage buttons. I am inspired by vintage buttons because although they were mass produced, each button has its own story and lived its own unique life. My wine charms spiral onto the stem of your glass so you can distinguish it at a cocktail party. They are also a beautiful way to add whimsy to a set table and make great gifts!

Our products pay homage, not only to the country music that has built this city, but to the self-reliant farmland that surrounds it. We believe in using all natural, vegetarian ingredients. As a matter of fact, if it weren't for the lye, you could eat any of our soaps over a steaming bowl of grits.
